Heat exchanger for exhaust gas cooling
Delivery of a ready-to-install compact heat exchanger to a long-standing customer in the field of technical ceramics for integration into the exhaust gas section of a push-through furnace. The heat exchanger is used as an exhaust gas cooler to condense individual exhaust gas components on the heat sinks.
The heat exchanger offers the possibility of cooling the exhaust gas from 1000°C to 60°C on a very short cooling section. The specifically condensed exhaust gas components adhere to the cooling surfaces in a solid form and can be cleaned off in fixed cycles by means of chain cleaning. The compact heat exchanger is a test model which, after a successful test phase, is fully automated in a modified form and integrated into a pilot plant on a larger scale.
